Women on the Move Leadership Day

The events of 2020 had a harmful impact on women. Women of color, working mothers, and essential frontline workers bore the brunt of the health and wellness crisis caused by the global pandemic. So in October 2020, we joined forces with JPMorgan Chase and Co. to uplift women and #POWERHER at the Women on the Move Leadership Day—a virtual event designed to educate women and provide them with tools and resources to grow both personally and professionally. Traditionally a closed, invite-only event for employees, clients, and partners, we shifted to an inclusive, online live stream for women across the globe. The agenda included female executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, athletes, and other leading businesswomen who came together to inspire the next generation of female leaders and address issues affecting women today, such as social justice and the intersectionality of race and gender. OBE’s responsibilities included creative strategy, creative design for the internal style guide and external media assets, comms planning, digital/social paid media, and copywriting.
