What is your favorite part about OBE?
The people, the work. I love my coworkers and the work we’re able to bring to life together.
Rumor has it—we have some pretty dope offsites. What do you think about them?
No lie, our offsites feel like a family reunion. I LOVE seeing my teams across the offices, and getting to reconnect with them outside of working on a specific project. We are a super fun bunch, so there is never a dull moment.
If OBE was a celebrity, who would it be and why?
A mix between Eddie Murphy and Wonder Woman. Funny, yet sophisticated and here to save the day.

What is your favorite part about OBE?
The clients we get to work with! They always bring us onto great projects whether community driven or product focused, it’s always a fun and exciting challenge to execute their vision into an experiential campaign.
If OBE was a celebrity, who would it be and why?
Zendaya and Tom Holland's baby. Both superheroes in their own right but mix their talent together and you get a superstar, just like our team!
Anything else you would want future employees to know?
Our offices are dog friendly, we have team socials every quarter (most recently a black mirror take on bingo), and for those runners among you we do a run club every Wednesday!

The offsites, 100%.
If OBE was a celebrity, who would it be?
If Lady Gaga, Daniel Kaluuya and Paulie Shore somehow had a baby—that'd be OBE.
What do you think about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is approachable. Although OBE has seen massive growth in the past few years, we still have a piece of that small company charm where everyone knows that there are times when we all need to roll up our shirt sleeves and chip in. I think it's this mentality that helps keep OBE feeling like a flat organization.

What is your favorite part about OBE?
The team. I am surrounded by experts who take great pride in what we produce together, and who support one-another to achieve our best. I’m beyond proud to work alongside such talented people, who challenge me to deliver higher standards and who make it joyful to do so.
If OBE was a celebrity, who would it be and why?
Kobe Bryant. Even at his greatest, he claimed the ‘job’s not finished’ – he continued to push himself to levels thought unachievable and share his ‘mamba mentality’ with others to unleash their own potential, which I think would resonate with our team – constantly challenging ourselves to deliver greatness and share that inspiration with our clients and those who experience our work.
What do you think about the leadership team?
Our leadership team have been a part of every side of our business so are always willing to be put to work if we need their support, in whatever capacity. They also understand the importance in celebrating our achievements of all natures, and remind us of the pride we should feel for the work we produce.

What is your favorite part about OBE?
I love how team-oriented everyone is. People are always willing to dive in and help in any capacity to push a project across the finish line and deliver for our clients.
What do you think about the leadership team?
The leadership team is definitely approachable and has always been willing to listen and offer support, whether it's jumping in and getting their hands dirty on-site or advocating for me to have continued opportunities to learn more and grow in my role.
Have you considered getting a dog so you can bring them in for Bring Your Dog to Work Every Day?
My dog is not about corporate life and prefers to stay home, but I've adopted several of the other office dogs as my four-legged work children.
