Executive Summit Series

From experience design to stage management and show calling, OBE produced a series of polished events for OpenAI that hosted executives in three markets within the same week (San Francisco, New York and London). To ensure consistency across all markets that were simultaneously being produced, we crafted a playbook of program must-haves that provided a turnkey framework for each execution team.

Each half-day OpenAI Executive Summit featured a mix of business leaders with an interest in expanding AI in their enterprises.

Summit content included a keynote from Sam Altman and Brad Lightcap, product focused breakout sessions, and a customer fireside chat. Each summit provided ample networking opportunities for the OpenAI team to interface directly with attendees, including Topic Tables, on-site sales meetings, and a networking reception.
