Creative All Star Series
During NBA All Star Weekend 2020, we kicked off Converse’s global Creative All Star series—a campaign that brought together local and global talent to inspire and encourage creativity across sport, music, and art. What went down? We transformed a raw warehouse into the ultimate brand experience, complete with a fully executed basketball court, movable center court stage for q+a discussions with artists and NBA legend Julius “Dr. J” Irving, custom art installations, creative classrooms for artist-led workshops and conversations, a “Hall of Firsts” to showcase the brands rich history in the NBA, main stage for performances by rap superstars Roddy Ricch and DaBaby, and an epic product customization experience within a full retail shop with local painters and graffiti artists. With only six weeks to execute, you could say we nailed this one at the buzzer.
